Function
Unibook.com is looking for a dynamic, think-outside-the-box, Sales Executive eager for an opportunity to help grow a e-commerce, print-on-demand, book publishing division. Through online book applications and wizards, targeted customers can create and publish template base books such as cookbooks, educational year books, travel books, art portfolios etc. The challenges and rewards of this ground floor position are numerous, including developing new sales programs. Responsible for all sales activities of this $27 billion market through e-sales and traditional sales channels. Generate and close new business.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Identifying and prospecting Unibook solutions to appropriate channel partners.
- Ability to think creatively and recognize new opportunities as well as crafting solutions to close them
- Establish a first contact by phone, email and/or mail campaigns to introduce the channel partners to the new concept
- Set-up meetings to explain the whole service in detail and close deals
- Report the specific requests to the Product Manager in the Peleman Industries group
- Coordinate the implementation of services
- Follow-up and evaluate each project with the channel partners and the Product Management and add additional business.
- Develop and manage actions to increase the usages of the services together with the channel partners.
- Warm call on clients in existing data base
- Assist in the development and penetration of new vertical markets in the US
- Present and sell services to potential clients via internet and traditional sales models
- Work directly in developing e-campaigns with in-house, e-marketing expert
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
- Develop and maintain sales materials.
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
- Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
- Develop and implement special sales activities.
- Participate in marketing events such as trade shows and seminars.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education/Training/Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years proven sales results in a service environment.
- Experience in running a sales track from initial contact to customer follow-up.

- Affinity with online business models
- Prefer candidates with experience in online business models,bookstore models, book distribution, and/or book sales.
- Proven track record to identify and close new business.
- Bachelor's Degree five years of phone and field sales experience
- Candidate must be comfortable with public speaking
- Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials. Exceptional interpersonal and phone communication skills. Knowledge of sales promotion techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation.
- Required to work from Alpharetta office with 20 percent domestic travel.
