In order to support the international growth, our international training department has evolved into The Peleman Industries International Training Academy.

In order to support the daily training and coaching of the Academy, we are currently looking for an international sales coach for Benelux.


International Sales Coach Benelux

Function
• You are responsible for the training and coaching (inside and field training) of the Dealer Account Managers and Dealer support teams of the company subsidiary of Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemburg.
• You are the key person in implementing the Dealer Sales Strategy with the inside and outside sales teams
• You will be monitoring sales interviews/conversations
• You will be analysing the teams and take appropriate actions
• You will create and offer practical tools to the field
• You will create new opportunities to reach the company’s key performance indicators
• 70% of your time will be dedicated to field (team and personal) coaching
• 30% of your time will be assigned to commercial and management trainings (e.g. time management, priority management, reporting and planning)
• You will have weekly meetings with the respective country managers to analyze the sales results and individual performances and translate them into operational actions

Profile
• you have a BA degree or higher, or the equivalent by experience
• you have at least 5 years experience in B2B sales
• you have traceable and proven experience in coaching people
• you have people management experience
• you have a thorough knowledge of Dutch, English and French
• you have excellent listening skills
• motivating people has no secrets
• a 9 to 5 mentality is unknown to you
• you are result driven
• you are prepared to travel at least 50% of your time in Benelux
• you will report to the International Training Manager in Belgium
